Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:
Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid any charges.

Cancellation Fee:
If cancellation is made within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the entire stay (all booked nights) will be charged to the payment method on file.

No charges will be applied for cancellations made before this window.

No-Show Policy:
In case of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation), the guest will be charged for the full cost of the stay, and the reservation for subsequent nights may be released.

Refunds:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Rates:
Please note that some promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated during the booking process.
